Seaside Sparkle Registration

By registering, I acknowledge that this is a movement-based event that may include dancing and physical activity. I voluntarily allow my child to participate and assume any associated risks. I release and hold harmless The Petite Party Company, its owners, and staff from liability for any injuries or incidents that may occur.

I confirm that I have shared any relevant medical information and understand that my child may participate independently for portions of the event.

I grant permission for my child to be included in general event photography and video for marketing and promotional use, unless I have indicated otherwise above.

I understand that all registrations are final and non-refundable.
